About the Role

We help our billion-dollar client explore, design, build and refine amazing products for their passionate customers. We offer a unique try-before-you-buy opportunity to start contract and then join our client full time. You get a chance to work with the team, ramp up on their business and customers and they get a chance to get to know you and see the impact you can have.

Our client is looking to advance their quality assurance efforts. We’re looking for an experienced professional who drive can engineering quality strategy, planning, automation, and execution across a cross-functional client and service team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of internal and external testers

  • Facilitate setting the quality bar for products and services

  • Set expectations for Testers and evaluate their performance

  • Supervise day to day Tester activities

  • Communicate with multiple stakeholders to facilitate the flow of information

  • Drive test automation strategy and execution

  • Use data/telemetry to find issues and drive improvements

  • Escalate issues to appropriate owners to ensure issues are actioned

  • Improve team processes strategically and based on feedback

Required: (please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying)

  • 5+ years of testing experience with at least 1 year managing people

  • Experience troubleshooting rich client applications and services

Preferred:

  • Experience creating and driving quality strategy

  • Experience writing test plans spanning clients and services

  • Experience automating test cases and execution

  • Experience coaching early in career testers

  • Experience partnering well in a cross-functional team

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience using product/service telemetry to discover issues

  • Ability to build consensus within a cross-functional team

  • Ability to give actionable feedback on product implementation

  • Experience working on video games or casino style games

  • Willing to travel and participate in training and meetings as needed
